I have a gorgeous fall wedding to share with you all today! Lauren and Ryan were married at Muse Farm, one of the most beautiful venues in West Georgia.
Lauren and Ryan knew each other from high school, but it took a facebook friend request ten years after high school to bring them together. After a few messages back and forth and they decided to go on a date and the rest was history.
Lauren and Ryan got engaged in one of my favorite places, Nashville, Tennessee. Here’s what Lauren had to say about the proposal, “We were visiting Nashville in February with friends. We had just finished lunch. Everyone wanted to walk on the bridge that goes across the river. While we were up there, I wanted a picture. Ryan and I posed for a picture. He started to tell me how much he loved me, and I instantly got confused as to what was going on. Then, before I knew it he was on one knee! “
I had so much fun with Lauren and Ryan at their engagement session a few months ago and I was so excited to see them again on their wedding day! I started off the day with Lauren and her girls in the bridal suite. The bridal suite at Muse Farm is amazing! So much room for everyone to get ready and hang out prior to the ceremony! All the bridesmaids were so sweet, and you could tell just how excited they were to watch their friend get married.
The ceremony site at Muse Farm is an open-air chapel and it was the perfect setting for Lauren and Ryan to tie the knot. Lauren and Ryan decided not to see each other before the ceremony and I loved watching the emotion in Ryan’s face as he laid eyes on his bride for the first time.
The reception was so much fun! You could tell that Lauren and Ryan were enjoying every minute of their wedding day being surrounded by the family and friends they love.
I asked Lauren if she had any advice for couples planning their wedding and I love what she said, “Don’t stress when things go wrong! No one else will know except you. Also, be sure to give yourself time to sit down and eat a little with your husband. It gives you time to take in the moment and talk as newlyweds!”
Lauren and Ryan, thank you so much for allowing me to be a part of your wedding day. I wish you a lifetime of love and happiness!
